Most of the disease types this isn't a problem because I can make the disease go undetected until even these 3 are fully infected, but, not possible on nano-virus. Which of course causes the cure to be complete before I can infect them or I make my disease lethal and it kills these few infected before the disease spreads. I have every other country in the world fully infected but these ones are just sitting there with only a handful of infected. Almost every game I play (not counting the other annoying islands) these are the 3 countries that make me lose the game.
